So, here is a very simple salad I made a red onion dressing for. Tomatoes, chickpeas, cucumber, and romaine lettuce. MMMMMMMMMMMMM
(I would post the recipe for the red onion dressing but I honestly forget how I made it. Throw some Dijon mustard, red onions, apple cider vinegar, salt, pepper, annd.. other stuff I don't remember)
